A DMC (Destination Management Company) provides a ground service based on local knowledge of their given destination. Services offered: Meet and Greet, Transfers / Transportation, Hotel Accommodation, Restaurants, Activities, Excursions, Conference Venues, Themed Events, Gala Dinners and Logistics, as well as helping with overcoming language barriers.

If you wish to send your enquiry via the above link, your brief will go directly to the DMC, destinations UNLIMITED will also be copied in, for extra backup from the UK side. If, on the other hand, you have a brief for more than one destination or you want to email us for our suggestions I would recommend that you email info@dudmc.com or a member of the dU team on their individual email address.

When you forward an enquiry to us we then forward your enquiry to the relevant DMCs to make sure they have received it and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from destinations UNLIMITED to advise your enquiry is being dealt with and it has not been lost in cyber space.

Go TopWhat is the maximum number of DMCs / destinations that I can approach per enquiry?

In general 3 should be the maximum numbers of proposals for your clients. A detailed proposal takes an enormous amount of time to produce, so careful questioning of your client's exact needs can save everyone a great deal of time and effort.

Go TopHow detailed do your DMCs like RFPs to be?

The quality of a reply is often in direct proportion to the quality of the brief. The better the information a DMC has about your group and their needs enables them to develop a programme to match their exact needs. Why not fill in an RFP form online so you can cover all bases? Go TopDo all your DMCs handle full programmes or are there any who will deal with certain elements of the programme, such as restaurant bookings and transfers etc?

In general our DMCs are full service agencies, although some may be willing to help with ad hoc arrangements. Please check with us or our DMCs directly.

Go TopDo you have emergency contact details for the DMCs / the dU office?

Yes we hold emergency contact numbers for the vast majority of our DMCs in-house. We also have our own out of hours telephone number (+ 44 1202 820903) for you to contact in an emergency.

Go TopHow long do your DMCs normally take to come back once an enquiry has been sent?

Request for Proposal is acknowledged within 24 hours through our office, if enquiries are made via our website contact links, or, if we are copied in on your request at info@dudmc.com or the relevant DMC email addresses. All dU DMC partners should have the full proposal sent to the client within 72 hours; unless they advise the client of a delay.

Go TopWhat are your follow-up procedures?

Approx. a week after you have sent an enquiry to us we will then follow-up your enquiry, either by phone or email, firstly to check that the DMC has been in touch with you and secondly to find out if that your enquiry is still pending.

We will also follow-up at other times to see how your enquiry is going. Overall we have had positive feedback from our clients on our follow-up procedures and we feel that this is something that lets our clients know that we care.

Our Elite+dU+Partners are listed & highlighted by the dU Logo. For DMCs not highlighted with a dU logo, we cannot qualify time responses to briefs and the quality of their services, as with our Elite partners. Likewise, we cannot provide detailed information on the DMCs or their given destinations.
