DAVID BUSE - FOUNDING PARTNER:
David Buse is the Founding Partner of
destinations UNLIMITED, which he started in 1989, with just 5 DMCs he has helped grow the company to more than 60 worldwide. The
dU service was created from his recognition (as an Incentive and conference Organiser for over 15 years) of the need for a new type of representation service, which he based on impartial advice and carefully researched DMCs.
destinations UNLIMITED is now a leader in the DMC representation market and is respected by both Organisers and competitors alike.
David's experience as an organiser, in both sales and operations, set the standards for all those companies that followed his lead into DMC representation over the last 18 years. Initially the service was only available to UK incentive and conference organisers, but it has developed over the last 5 years to include organisers on all major continents.
Since the beginning of September Nikki Mitchell, his daughter, has taken over the mantle of Managing Partner. By adding his previous experience in airline sales to that of incentive and conference organisation and the representation industry, he has developed a new service to help airlines maximise their potential in this market, as well as supporting the dU team on a continuing basis.

NIKKI MITCHELL - MANAGING PARTNER:
Daughter of David and Maria, Nikki has been with dU for over 17 years and has played a vital role in moving the company forward. Now Managing partner, Nikki continues to co-ordinate the many aspects of
dU as well as being a key contact, providing support for Conference & Incentive Planners.

Maria's responsibilities cover finance and many other areas of office administration and being Swiss and the only one who can ski properly, so if any familiarisation visit involves snow she is volunteered, plus she keeps a watchful eye on us to ensure that we don't get up to too much mischief.

Natalie continues the family trend being the Partner of David and Maria's son Chris. Natalie is responsible for ensuring all enquiries that we receive by phone or the internet are actioned speedily and reliably. She also handles our presence at exhibitions.

After graduating from Bournemouth University in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management and completing a work placement in Marketing at a local visitor attraction, Danielle briefly worked for a venue finding company before joining
destinations UNLIMITED in 2006. She is involved in all aspects of the company, including enquiry follow-ups, destination write-ups, co-ordinating the
destinations UNLIMITED workshop and assisting with Educational Trips. Danielle works closely with Nikki on a day-to-day basis and helps to market our DMCs, collating news and views on a number of the destinations we feature which is then passed on to organisers worldwide.
