NIKKI MITCHELL - MANAGING PARTNER:
Daughter of David and Maria Buse, Nikki has been with dU for over 19 years and has played a vital role in moving the company forward. Since the beginning of September 2007 Nikki has taken over the mantle of Managing Partner. Nikki is a member active member of SITE & Eventia and continues to co-ordinate the many aspects of dU as well as being a key contact, providing support for Conference & Incentive Organisers.
Nikki enjoys travelling the world and has two little boys called Luke & Callum who are keen to travel the world like mummy. E-Mail: nikki@dudmc.com
DANIELLE FRASER - OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Danielle graduated from University in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management and Business French and also completed a work placement in Marketing. As well as being a key contact for the UK Market, in business development and enquiry follow-up, Danielle's primary responsibilities include destination write-ups, co-ordination of the dU Workshop / Educational Trips and assistance in marketing our portfolio of DMCs. This includes the collation of news and views on a number of the destinations that we represent.
Travelling and languages have forever been Danielle’s ultimate passion, hence a gap year in France and the university course. Considering that many of her family members have been ex-pats on most continents and that she has travelled since birth, loved languages and been a chatterbox in general, these go hand-in-hand and she certainly could not turn down such an exciting job role!
Danielle is also very much a fan of comedy and can be found on even the busiest days in the office reciting many a ‘Little Britain’ script to lighten the atmosphere! E-Mail: danielle@dudmc.com
NATALIE JENKINS - OFFICE MANAGER:
Natalie continues the family trend, being the Partner of David and Maria's son Chris and has worked at destinations UNLIMITED since 2004. Natalie is responsible for ensuring all enquiries that we receive by phone or email are actioned speedily and reliably as well as handling our presence at exhibitions.

DARREN MITCHELL – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Darren has returned on a part time basis to help with the Sales & Business Development at destinations UNLIMITED. He will have a major part in the market research of dU. He has an extensive sales background in business to business sales, with unrivalled skills connecting with highly senior individuals within larger organisations. His ability to really understand the needs of clients and prospects…and to give them exactly what they want is testimony to the success of our approach!

AMY MARTIN - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE:
Amy is the newest and youngest member of the dU team, at the moment Amy is studying for her A levels which are: English, psychology and BTEC Business. Amy’s main responsibilities consist of overseas sales and relations, co-ordinating educational trips and assisting members of the dU team. In her spare time Amy enjoys socialising and going out with her friends and family. Amy’s passion is Event Management and cant wait to see the world and the fun this industry offers. MARIA BUSE - CONSULTANT:
Maria's responsibilities is primarily accounts and being Swiss and the only one who can ski properly, if any familiarisation visit involves snow she is volunteered for this, plus she keeps a watchful eye over us to ensure that we don't get up to too much mischief!
