I was particularly delighted with the boat (especially as the one we would have had originally was so much smaller!). It was magnificent, plenty of space for us to walk around and, most important on such a hot day, air conditioned. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The Ritz was also very accommodating. They were quite happy for us to linger a little longer than our itinerary specified and they made us feel very welcome.

I have had so many good comments from members of staff. The general feeling is that it was "the Best Away Day Ever" and a most memorable day.
