I just wanted to write to thank you for organising the Paris side of our away day. It was magical. Everything ran like clockwork. Denise, our guide, was lovely. She caught the mood of our party perfectly. She was friendly, informative and happy to adapt to our needs. Please pass on my thanks again to her.

I was particularly delighted with the boat (especially as the one we would have had originally was so much smaller!). It was magnificent, with plenty of space for us to walk around and, most importantly on such a hot day, air conditioned. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The Ritz was also very accommodating. They were quite happy for us to linger a little longer than our itinerary specified and they made us feel very welcome.

I have had so many good comments from members of staff. The general feeling is that it was "the Best Away Day Ever" and a most memorable day.

On behalf of the whole Landmark Team can I thank you so very much for helping to organise what has probably been the most successful Landmark Conference to date. You are well aware that we have been to many wonderful places over the years, but I think New York actually was the best.
