Travel arrangements were superb and your patience and understanding with all our changes and for dealing with difficult clients was fantastic. You really helped when you took the client to the airport with your own car as he was extremely unhappy and luckily due to your quick reaction and offering to take him this calmed him down and avoided an issue arising.
I will happily recommend you to all my colleagues and through networking clubs that I am a member of as it really was the perfect event from start to finish, mainly due to your hard work.
I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with you and I very much look forward to bringing another group to Cannes and working with you again.

Everyone got back safe and sound despite a very bumpy landing at Heathrow due to high winds. Reports are that all the guests had a really enjoyable visit to Monte Carlo. I just wanted to write to thank you for organising the Paris side of our away day. It was magical. Everything ran like clockwork. Denise, our guide, was lovely. She caught the mood of our party perfectly. She was friendly, informative and happy to adapt to our needs. Please pass on my thanks again to her.
I was particularly delighted with the boat (especially as the one we would have had originally was so much smaller!). It was magnificent, with plenty of space for us to walk around and, most importantly on such a hot day, air conditioned. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
The Ritz was also very accommodating. They were quite happy for us to linger a little longer than our itinerary specified and they made us feel very welcome.
I have had so many good comments from members of staff. The general feeling is that it was "the Best Away Day Ever" and a most memorable day.
