Theme Party Ideas for Incentives

ROME
Toga Parties
The hotel ballroom is decorated with statues of Gods, fountains and columns. Guests enter through a Praetorian Guard, checking dress code for this evening in the time of Caesar. Guests are seated on couches, illuminated by burning braziers as an evening of Bacchanalian pleasures begins. Antipasto, rigatoni, roast meats and cool white wine from Etruscan vineyards. Belly dancers, gladiators, dancing and entertainment make this an evening to remember.

Roman Country Dinner
45 minutes from Rome in the Frascati wine hills, a typical rustic restaurant is the venue for the evening. Costumed buglers and drummers welcome guests to an authentic country cheese and wine party with entertainment by a troupe of acrobats in medieval costumes. This is followed by a four course dinner with unlimited Frascati and Italian sparkling wine. During and after dinner there is music for dancing.

VENICE
Casanova Night
Guests board motor launches (or gondolas) to travel down the Grand Canal to a stunning Renaissance Palace, where they are greeted by singing gondoliers. Fancy dress and/or eye masks can be provided for the cocktail reception followed by a candle-lit dinner.  The setting, with reflecting mirrors, sparkling chandeliers and priceless Venetian glass, creates an unforgettable experience.

FLORENCE
Medici Night
Flaming torches line the entrance, pathways and courtyard of the Medici family castle. Guests are greeted by costumed trumpeters before being served cocktails and escorted to the beautiful 17th century frescoed dining hall. Strolling troubadours entertain throughout the meal.
