Company
A pioneer in Destination Management Services in the Caribbean, Glamour was established in Jamaica over 20 years ago by a team of the island's most successful travel professionals.
Our corporate headquarters are in Montego Bay, Jamaica, but
our expertise is known throughout the Caribbean. Founded in 1987 by Chairman and Director Roy Anderson and Co-Director Myrtle Dwyer with the intent to provide the highest level of
ground services in the Caribbean, Glamour is your Destination Concierge and will provide you with innovative travel concepts across the region. Rachel Anderson, a graduate of economics
from Davidson College, North Carolina, U.S.A., joined in 2008 to
build on the great framework which her parents initiated.
Glamour began with the introduction of program planning for groups as well as providing luxury ground handling services for
their discriminating clients staying at Half Moon in Rose Hall, Jamaica. With the knowledge and success gained from that
venture, Glamour grew to own its own fleet of luxury vehicles and offers a wide range of services to international clients.

Team Building Suggestion for Dinner
Mixing Cool Turks Cocktails
Get Ready!
Delicious drinks, reception cocktails and amazing flair (bottle throwing). The games involve the whole group, who learn new skills taught by some of leading bartenders.
The Format
• Guests are split into teams and asked to observe carefully.
• After seeing cocktail methods demonstrated clearly - volunteers from each team will be asked to come behind the bar and make the cocktails against the clock.
• The bartender will judge the efforts and mark each out of ten.
• Teams will then participate in a flair round - learning some cool Caribbean moves!
The Challenge
• Groups can experiment until they have the perfect creation.
• Points will be awarded for style, taste, name, originality etc - with prizes for the best bartender and the winning team!"
• Teams guests are presented with the Pick the mix Box, and asked to pick at random two ingredients from it.
• The box is filled with a variety of possible cocktail ingredients; from delicious to... difficult...
Using one of the ingredients they pulled from the pick the mix box, (and with their newly acquired knowledge of cocktail mixing methods and exotic spirits) they will be invited to create their own cocktail.

Events include Bucket race, Three-legged race, Pass the ball with your neck, Bunny hops with a ball or balloon between his legs, Tug-of-war, Musical chair & Limbo contest.
Scavenger / Treasure Hunt
Imaging you and your fellow team members roaming around the resort, collecting unique items (i.e. a store mannequin or a person in uniform) and being involved in challenging / hysterical photo opportunities (i.e. your entire team in the back of an ambulance or washing a team member’s hair in a salon). Believe it or not, all of these items have been successfully obtained and teams always return with hilarious stories to share! To keep things even more interesting, we have added a few fun rules (i.e. your entire team is required to remain together at all times). This unique program is a fantastic way for participants to unveil strengths and skills in themselves and their fellow team members. And as the President of Thompson Financial Services, Investment Software Division says: “Clearly, after you’ve spent an evening barreling through Boston with your co-workers, cajoling bottles of Gray Poupon from limousine drivers and switching clothing with bellhops, you realise that there are few challenges too difficult to overcome with a little teamwork!”
Find the Conch & Obstacle Water Relay (Combo)
Hoops will be floating in the water, participants have to dive through the hoops to find a conch shell.– a bit like dolphins – return to the beach for the next team member to race - The team with the most conch’s at the end of the given time is the winner.
