Request for Proposal is acknowledged through our office, if enquiries are made via the following e-mail address - info@dudmc.com  or via the relevant website links…

 

We will forward your enquiry to our DMC and if you do not receive an e-mail from us to confirm that the enquiry has been received the same day, this would mean that the request has not been received at our offices and has been lost somewhere in cyberspace.  We enforced this as part of our service two years ago, as we appreciate how important it is for you to know that your enquiry is being dealt with.

If you have not received a reply from our DMC within 72 hours can you please let the destinations UNLIMITED office know so that we can follow this up for you? After approximately one week we will email you for an update on the status of your enquiry.
