past, all enquiries were sent direct to our DMCs.
After feedback from many Event Organisers it appeared that the main problem
they faced was a lack of response, which meant that they were not sure
whether their enquiry had been received or had even been dealt with. To
avoid the possibility of ‘lost e-mails’ please forward all enquiries

in on info@dudmc.com If you
submit your enquiry via the above link, not only does your enquiry
automatically go to the correct DMC concerned, but destinations UNLIMITED are also
copied in. We will then follow-up accordingly to ensure that your
enquiry is being dealt with by our DMC. It is very
important for destinations UNLIMITED to be
copied in as it helps us maintain the quality of our DMC Portfolio and of
course identify who our clients are. This system has been in place for
around three years and is working very well. destinations
UNLIMITED will comply
with the following: - Request
for Proposal is acknowledged within 24 hours through our
office if enquiries are made via our website
links or if we are copied in on your request. - After
approximately one week the dU Office will phone/email to
check that you have received everything you need and ask for the
best time to contact you for a further update. dU DMC Criteria
We
also set our own criteria for the standard of service expected
of our Partner DMCs, helping to provide reassurance when
using a dU DMC.
