i2travel is our Italian DMC, providing tailor-made destination management services throughout Italy. Established in 1973, the team has extensive experience in corporate events, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, business travel, entertainment and sporting events.

Themed Parties and Gala Dinner Ideas
Toga Party
Step back into the time of Caesar for an atmospheric Roman-themed evening. Guests are welcomed by a Praetorian Guard before entering a ballroom transformed with classical statues, fountains and Roman-style columns.
The evening combines a Roman-inspired feast with theatrical entertainment, including gladiators, dancers and performers, creating a lively and immersive celebration inspired by Ancient Rome.
Roman Medieval Dinner
Approximately 50 minutes from Rome by Bracciano Lake, a unique medieval castle is the venue for the evening. Costumed buglers and drummers welcome guests to an authentic food and wine reception with entertainment by a troupe of acrobats in medieval costumes. This is followed by a four-course dinner. During and after dinner, there is music for dancing.
Venice Casanova Night
Guests board gondolas to a stunning Renaissance Palace, where they are greeted by singing gondoliers. Fancy dress and/or masks can be provided for the cocktail reception followed by a candle-lit dinner. The setting, with reflecting mirrors, sparkling chandeliers and priceless Venetian glass, creates an unforgettable experience.
Florence Renaissance Medici Night
Flaming torches line the entrance, pathways and courtyard of the Medici family Castle. Guests are greeted by costumed trumpeters before being served cocktails and escorted to the beautiful 17th-century frescoed dining hall. Strolling troubadours entertain throughout the meal.
Sicilian “Godfather Movie” gala at Castello degli Schiavi
Your guests will be welcomed at the main gate by the video projection of the famous movie scenes shot inside Castello degli Schiavi, while several actors will mimic the most paradoxical “family” of the Godfather, enlivening the whole evening with ironic and enthralling scenes and introducing the welcome drink in the presence of the Godfather himself and his bodyguards.
