What is a DMC? / DMC Criteria

We don't simply add DMCs to our portfolio. Every destinations UNLIMITED DMC partner must meet our selection criteria before we represent them.

Industry References – New DMCs must provide at least two references from established conference and incentive agencies we know and work with.

Liability Insurance – All our DMC partners must hold appropriate liability insurance

Financial Checks – Bank references or audited accounts are reviewed as part of our DMC selection process.

Established Experience – Every DMC must have been established and trading for at least 5 years.

Service & Communication Standards – Our DMC partners are expected to acknowledge enquiries promptly, communicate realistic proposal timelines and keep clients updated throughout the proposal process.

CSR, Risk & Crisis Management – All DMC partners must demonstrate an understanding of CSR requirements, risk assessment and crisis management.
