DMC Programme Ideas

Day 1

Arrive in Beijing - meet and greet by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2

Visit the Forbidden City, where 24 emperors  ruled China for 600 years. Lunch at Capital M Restaurant. After lunch, you will see the Temple of Heaven. In the old times, the emperor will pray for a good harvest. Tonight, you will enjoy a Peking Duck Dinner and then you will see the breathtaking Acrobatics Show.

Day 3

We will visit the Summer Palace where the emperor spent his summer time and then we will have Mongolian Hot Pot for lunch. After Silk Market , have a rest in the hotel and transfer to the Great Wall for the Gala Dinner on the Great Wall, with Dragon Dance welcoming ceremony and cocktail. During the highlight  of the dinner, we will turn on all of the lights of the Great Wall!

Day 4

Visit Ding Tomb of the emperor of Zhuyijun (1584-1590), which has an underground Palace that is 27 metres deep. Next visit the Scared Way. Tonight, you will enjoy the China Kong Fu Show in the Red Theatre after Imperial food.

Day 5

 Group transfer to the airport for your flight.

Theme Party Ideas For Incentives

Party On the Great Wall

Have you thought about having a party on the 8th wonder of the World – The Great Wall? No? Why not?!

At 3:30 pm, we will transfer the VIPs to the Great Wall, It takes about one hour and on arrival, you will feel enthusiastically welcomed with a ceremony, which includes the dragon and lion dance. And then, the dragon will lead the group to the Great Wall and they will enjoy hiking on it! Cocktails will be served on the Beacon Tower where the soldiers used to guard the border. After everyone has decended, dinner will begin with entertainment and live music. During the highlight of the dinner, suddenly it becomes dark everywhere; all of a sudden the whole of the Great Wall is lit, just like a fire dragon on the mountain. You only can hear gasps of amazement, then music will begin and people will dance on stage. It will be the party you will never forget.

Communist-Kitsch Themed Dinner at 798 Art Factory 

Beijing 798 Art Factory was once the place for Beijing North China's wireless joint equipment factory (namely, 718 Joint Factory), which was designed and built by the experts of former G.D.R in the 1950s.

Everyone will get a copy of Chirman Mao's Red book which is the invitation letter for your welcome dinner tonight. Waitors and waitess all in Red Army gear serve the dinner, in the style of 1960-1970's China.

Ancestral Temple of  Forbidden City (Maximum 600 PAX)
24 emperors ruled China in the Forbidden City for over 600 years, Forbidden City is China's National Treasure. We will arrange China Imperial costumes for everyone and all the waiters and waitresses will dress traditionally, holding red lanterns at the entrance to welcome the clients.  Tonight will be about enjoying the Imperial food and the excellent Traditional Chinese Show. Everyone will have chance to take picture with Peking Opera performers. It will be a unforgettable night.


Convention Centres

China National convention Centre

Right in the heart of the precinct of Beijing's Olympic Green, China National Convention Centre is right next to the Bird's Nest (China National Stadium for the Olympics' opening and closing ceremonies), the Water Cube (National Aquatics Center) and National Indoor Stadium. CNCC complex consists of the Convention Center, CNCC Grand Hotel, InterContinental Hotel and two office buildings. The Center itself is 398m long, 148m wide, 42m high and its has eight floors and two more in the basement with a shopping mall inside.

CNCC is proud of its stunning, architectural design. Its front appearance consists of traditional Chinese quoins, illustrating Chinese rich history and culture, incorporating both traditional and modern; and bridging the future.

Sitting in the centre of the Olympic commercial circle between Beijing's fourth and fifth ring roads, CNCC boasts an enviable location.
