FLORIDA THE SUNSHINE STATE
The conference and incentive organiser is almost spoilt for choice when considering Florida as a destination.
Beach resorts abound on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, and the Florida Keys stretch from Miami down into the Florida straits. All offer the complete range of water sports.
The choice of accommodation is almost limitless, from small intimate hotels to properties that can handle conferences for a thousand delegates.
Florida also boasts many superb golf and tennis centres, horse riding and racing and the natural beauty of the everglades with its protected wildlife.
The theme parks and man made attractions seen to multiply every year, welcoming visitors of all ages. Restaurants, bars, clubs and discos abound, and the choice of shopping, at prices usually below UK rates is outstanding.
South Beach - the heart of the historical Art Deco district
Brickell Avenue - the business area named after the founding father and mother of Greater Miami and the Beaches. It is also home to City Centre a hub for dining and shopping.
Downtown – the Cultural Hub of Miami with a variety of museums & theatres. Some of the city’s greatest landmarks are located in this area, including the Freedom Tower.
Coral Gables - conceived as a little Venice with canals, winding roads, wrought iron work, sculpture and spectacular architecture. This is a more historic area of Miami.
Coconut Grove - a vibrant and fast paced village dating from the 1860’s and now a neighborhood of history & art.
Little Havana – an area vibrant with Cuban Culture including Cuban restaurants, shops, memorials, cigar factories, salsa dancing and mojitos.
Wynwood Arts District– the art hub of Miami with murals, street art, and graffiti covering every wall. Wynwood is a collection of converted warehouses that are now home to art galleries, retail stores, antique shops, eclectic bars, artisanal eateries and open-air street-art installations.
National Everglades - a 1.5-million-acre wetlands preserve on the southern tip of the U.S. state of Florida and home to the American Alligator. Guests can enjoy adrenaline thrilled airboat rides and exotic wildlife shows.
Miami has one of the largest Cuban communities in America so we like to celebrate that culture with the Havana Nights theme complete with Rumbera dancers, Salsa Band, Cigar Rollers, Mojito Making, Cubano Coffee Station and, of course, beautiful & vibrant décor.
Ocean Drive Retro/Miami Vice
The neon lights, exotic cars, pastel buildings and Art Deco Architecture made Miami internationally famous in the 80’s especially with the Miami Vice TV Series, we love to channel that time in Miami, which is also very present today, with an Ocean Drive Retro or Miami Vice themed event bringing together Neon designs set on modern white furniture, photo ops with exotic cars and naturally we invite guests to also dress the part.
Bohemian Beach Party
Our favorite way to kick off a program is with an event on the beach! Our Bohemian Beach Party is one of our newest and most popular themes. It’s a mix of Ibizia meets Tulum meets Morocco, set with neutral beach and earth tones, teepee lounges, tiki torches, Pampas grass, floor pillows around fire pits and chill upbeat lounge music.
