I have worked with a wide-variety of Event services vendors and DMC partners in my experience as an event planner for XANGO LLC. arinex represents the highest level of service and hospitality I have come across, anywhere in the world. As I collaborate and travel with the arinex team I become a student of seasoned professionals. In June 2013 we ran an incentive to Toronto for a telecommunications company from the UK with 40 guests. CTI assisted us with all of the pre planning and delivery of the event. I have to say they were superb in the lead up to the event and the delivery on site. Nothing was too much trouble and the event was delivered seamlessly! CTI know Toronto incredibly well, as you’d expect, but were able to understand the demographics of the guests and work Toronto to suits their needs. All in all a fantastic DMC to work with.

I just wanted to write to thank you for organising the Paris side of our away day. It was magical. Everything ran like clockwork. Denise, our guide, was lovely. She caught the mood of our party perfectly. She was friendly, informative and happy to adapt to our needs. Please pass on my thanks again to her. I was particularly delighted with the boat (especially as the one we would have had originally was so much smaller!). It was magnificent, with plenty of space for us to walk around and, most importantly on such a hot day, air conditioned. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Well we are all safely home and working on the next project - like you, no rest for the wicked! I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for a fabulous event in Jordan. I was, as you know, nervous following Nick's comments about my choice of Jordan for his President's Challenge event but you and your team delivered beyond expectation. Highlights for everyone were their lunch on route to Petra, out on the Point; their day in Petra; the dinner in Little Petra (scoring 11 out of 10); and the Gala Dinner at the Dead Sea. Simon the photographer and the DJ at the Dead Sea were also highly rated, as were the standard of the coaches. You and Rami worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Rami was great on arrival day, working with the Grand Hyatt to ensure that the room drops were correct and all the key cards worked. He was also a great help to Amy on the last night with all the room drops. Raja, I congratulate Karma House on a well operated incentive and I will have no hesitation in proposing Jordan to future UK groups :) I also know you will have many President's Challenge winners returning on holiday. Objective/Description:Inspire Foundation Malta helps over 1000 individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential by providing educational, therapeutic and leisure services. The foundation also advocates for inclusion, educates the general public and raises awareness. As part of a team building activity 270 conference delegates attending a Kick-Off Meeting joined in hands to convert an unusable park for children at the Inspire Foundation. Within one day 28 Teams together with gardeners, tools, equipment and lots of cheer converted this deserted space into a great haven for children to enjoy. A big thank you to all who joined in on this great conversion with an amazing 'before' and 'after' effect.

In September 2010 Conference Contacts approached Mazurkas Travel to assist them with researching into possible sightseeing tours, unique venues for two outside dinner events and entertainment. This was required for 375 delegates who were attending a conference in Warsaw. Being the first time that Conference Contacts had to run an event of this nature in Warsaw, and in Poland in general they were looking to find a Destination Management Company that would "go the extra mile" in ideas, negotiated costings and ongoing support leading up to and during the event which was held in June 2011. Mazurkas Travel were definitely "up" for the job and delivered a first class service throughout the pre-event time. Once on site the support continued to the highest level with nothing being too much trouble. The staff employed to assist us from Mazurkas Travel were professional, extremely helpful and their English impeccable! It was a pleasure to do business with Mazurkas Travel and would certainly not hesitate in recommending them and also working with them again on future events.

Mazurkas Travel were the chosen partner in Poland for RPMC, to support us in our planning and on-site assistance for Euro 2012. RPMC managed hospitality programmes for McDonald’s, SHARP and Sony in each of the four host cities in Poland, managing over 1,000 guest in total, providing local hosts and guides, translators, venues and transportation to name but a few services. Mazurkas Travel were a constant support to our local team in Warsaw and main account team in London. Their ability to react to changes in the brief on site were not only quick and efficient, but done with a smile! Throughout the planning process they were professional and very pleasant to work with, even at the busiest of times. I would not hesitate in recommending Mazurkas to other agencies or clients and would be sure to use them again if I ever find myself in Poland.
