A professional, capable and organised professional who enjoys travelling around the world and sharing my knowledge of destinations & DMCs we represent.
As Managing Partner, Nikki continues to coordinate the many aspects of the company and is a key contact for Marketing / Sales queries, as well as providing support to Conference & Incentive organisers, based on her extensive knowledge of the Industry.
Nikki also liaises carefully with suppliers and is very vigilant in her decisions about which DMCs to partner up with. This is based on her previous experiences, coupled with careful monitoring via our strict DMC criteria, which must be adhered to at all times.
Running a family company for 29 years is important nothing is too much as everyone is not just a number but counted as an individual adding confidence to the working relationship she has with her clients

Luke Mitchell
Development Executive
Luke has always found travelling and learning about different areas around the world fascinating.
Before joining destinations UNLIMITED, he spent a few months working on the Isles of Scilly at the Karma Group Hotel taking on multiple different job roles whilst there, such as the front of house. This has given him an excellent understanding of everything that goes into how hotels are run, and how everyone has a part to play in delivering a great customer experience.
Before working in hotels etc. Luke studied an Extended Level 3 Media Diploma, giving him the following skills:
• Photoshop/ graphic design
• knowledge of how to edit videos with a list of various video editing software.
• Vast social media knowledge
• Photography and Videography
